We can work with ashes, fur, dried flowers, sand, soil, fabric, stones, wood, or any small item with personal meaning. If you are unsure whether your material will work, just ask.
If you are sending wood, it should be at least 1"x1"x1". Anything larger may require an additional shipping fee.
Most rings with a detail like a visible inlay or inner sleeve are compatible. If you're not sure, contact us and we will help you choose the right one.
Once you place your order, we will send a prepaid return label. Carefully package a small amount of your material and ship it back using the label provided.
Very little is needed. For ashes, about half a teaspoon is enough. For other materials, we will let you know if anything specific is required.
