We offer free resizing within 30 days if you used our premium size kit, even for engraved rings.

If the kit wasn’t used, resizing is still available for a fee of 20% of the ring’s full retail price.

Rings must be returned in new condition to qualify for resizing. Custom orders cannot be resized.

Returns

Rings can be returned within 30 days as long as they are in new condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Engraved rings and custom orders are non-returnable. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

All of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Upgrades for both domestic and international orders are available at checkout.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and fees that may apply. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays due to customs. We strongly recommend that our international customers upgrade to UPS to avoid delays.
