The return shipping is not covered. The original order shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. A $29.95 processing fee applies to all rings returned. Rings containing gold will be subject to an additional fee of 25% based on the ring's full retail price. Rings must be in unused condition. Yes. We offer a repolishing service to help restore the ring’s surface finish. Send us photos of your ring so we can confirm what results to expect from the process. Please note that repolishing will not fix deep or structural damage.
Absolutely! Each and every ring that contains delicate materials such as the wood, deer antler, and minerals is protected with a resin that is waterproof. This allows you to wear your ring 24/7 with complete peace of mind.
Our rings are made to be worn every day, but we recommend removing them when:
• Handling tools or heavy equipment
• Lifting weights or working out at the gym
This helps prevent unnecessary wear, impact damage, or scratching.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your ring for a different design, we’re happy to help as long as it’s returned in unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Here’s how it works:
- $29.95 exchange fee applies.
- If your new design costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.
- If your new ring is less expensive, no refunds are given for the price difference.
