Will I approve the design before production begins?
Yes. When a rendering or design approval is part of your order, production begins only after you approve the final design. You can order your rendering here.
What personal materials can I send?
We can incorporate meaningful materials such as fabric, wood, stone, lava rock, ashes in certain cases, and more. Share your idea with us and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you reuse my gold or existing jewelry?
In many cases, yes. We can evaluate your gold or existing jewelry and explain the best way to transform it into a new ring.
How long does a custom ring take?
Timing depends on the materials and design complexity. After reviewing your project, we will provide an estimated production timeline before work begins.
